A renter opens your floor plan in 3D, walks it, furnishes it for their family and budget, and checks their own sofa fits, before the visit.
Developers
Buyers see a plan that is not built yet as a home: rooms with their areas, light from the windows, real furniture at real size.
Architects and designers
Your client asks “and if the living room were bigger?” and sees the answer on the plan, with the areas before and after and the structure kept locked.
Demo first
- Send us one floor plan. A link to a plan on your own site, or a PDF. Only plans you own or may share.
- We build it in 3D and send it back to you, privately. We never publish it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- You walk it and decide. Check each room with the guided walk, furnish it, try the chat. Then tell us what you would need.
One read of a floor plan serves every unit with the same layout.
